Drum Roll Please.......

Our babies are growing and learning so many new things. Evan will be 9 months old soon and Eden just turning 3 months old. Can't believe they can be that old....sure does go by way to fast!

We had a big weekend here... On Saturday night Eden sleep for 8 hours straight! YAY! This is super exciting to Mommy!

On Sunday, Evan got his second haircut. His hair grows super fast and it is getting very thick! His Daddy cuts his hair and does a SUPER job! Eric is very gentle with a very wiggly boy while getting his haircut.

Also, on Sunday, Evan said, "Bye Bye" for the first time. He has been waving for a couple of weeks now but added the words with the wave on Sunday. Nana and I were in their living room and she was waving at him...he started waving at her and said, "Bye Bye" just clear as can be. We both looked at each other and said, "Did he say Bye Bye?" Then Nana said, "Evan say Bye Bye." And he said it again! We were so excited that we picked him and Sissy up and ran outside to see Daddy and Grandaddy! We told them and they could not get him to say it again. He would just wave and smile! Silly Boy!

Also, my mom and I were in the grocery store with both of them yesterday and a lady stopped us to see how old the babies were. This is how the conversation went:

Grocery Lady: "How far apart are they?"
Grammie: "Five and a half months."
Grocery Lady: "Are they both hers?"
Grammie: "Yes Ma'am"
Grocery Lady looks very confused!
Grammie pauses for a minute then says, "God blessed us with him through adoption and then blessed us with her five and a half months later."
Grocery Lady: "On that is wonderful! Honey, you have to come and here this! These babies are five and a half months aparts and they are both hers!"

We get this a lot when were are out somewhere. Sometimes I just say they are five and a half months apart and walk on. That is my favorite thing because they usually look super confused. It's funny to make them wonder!
