Time to see the Doc!

Yesterday, Eden had an appointment to get her four month shots and we decided to take Evan along with us so the doctor could check him out too. His allergies had been causing him some trouble for a few days so we thought it would be best to take him along.

Eden saw Dr. Chapman first and thought it was lots of fun until the nurse came in with the shots. Actually, she really liked the shot they gave her orally but as you can tell our little princess really likes to eat! She weighed in at 18.2 pounds and 24 inches long. That is right, I said 18.2 pounds.....off the percentile growth chart! Dr. Chapman said she looked extremely healthy!

Evan was next to see the Doc and was not sure what to think. He was not nearly as excited as his sissy was. Evan weighed in at 22.11 pounds and 29 inches long. He came away from the doctor's office with an antibiotic, congestion medicine, and two ear infections. Eric and I were really glad we decided to take Evan along and get him checked out!

Today, Evan and Eden are doing much better. Evan is sounding less congested and Eden is acting more like herself. When Eden gets her shots she always feels really crummy for a while and runs a high fever. So glad both of our babies are getting back to normal!
